• Gently squeeze the breast pump to force out air
• Fold the flange
• Position your nipple in the middle of the pump
• Fold back the flange to lap properly on the breast and allow it express by itself.

HOW TO CLEAN This product is extremely straightforward so cleaning is very easy. There aren't any hard to reach places where germs and bacteria could build up. It is dishwasher safe.   Rinse with water, soap and brush. Sterilise using any sterilization method either by boiling or soaking in hot water for 2-3mins. Do not use any bleaching agent for this product. Store in a cool dry place. Clean after each use.
